The S.I.M.P.L.E Agenda is S.M.A.R.T, for real! ~Ize Iyamu.

Pastor Osagie Ize Iyamu says: "the S.I.M.P.L.E  Agenda is  S.M.A.R.T, for real", positing that the smart nature of the simple agenda makes it measurable, with time frames.
Addressing journalists in a media parley in Benin city Friday, the APC candidate declared that government must be accountable, and a formal document in this direction is a starting point, hence the expressive simple agenda document.
Pastor Osagie Ize Iyamu called on all and sundry to objectively read and digest the vision, the mission, the management-by-objectives, tests, and measurements, and then translate this into voting him -  POI, because "this is about YOUR LIFE" he thused, describing the present Obaseki administration as detached from the people and their welfare.
POI explained that "SIMPLE" is an acronym meaning S for Security/social welfare; I for Infrastructural development; M.for Manpower development; P for public/Private partnership; L for Leadership by example while E is for Employment/empowerment, emphasing that it is "SMART", which also is an acronym: S for specific; M for measurable; A for achievable; R for realistic; and T is timely or time-bound.

Obaseki appoints Okungbowa as new Head of Service

The Edo State Governor, Mr. Godwin Obaseki, has approved the appointment of Mr. Anthony Osas Okungbowa as the state’s new Head of Service.   This followed the retirement of the former Head of Service, Mr. Isaac Ehiozuwa, after the mandatory 35 years of service.   In a statement, Secretary to the State Government, Osarodion Ogie Esq., said “This is to inform the general public and in particular Edo State Public Service that with the retirement of Mr. Isaac Ehiozuwa as Head of Service, following the mandatory 35 years  of service, His Excellency, Mr. Godwin Nogheghase Obaseki in exercise of his powers under Section 208 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999, has approved the appointment of Mr. Anthony Osas Okungbowa as Head of the Civil Service of Edo State.”   Ogie said Mr. Anthony Osas Okungbowa is a serving Permanent Secretary in Edo State Civil Service, adding, “This appointment takes effect from 1 st  April, 2020.”
