Lawyer speaks on the Constitutionality or otherwise of curtailment of citizens' right to freedom of movement.

Fiery lawyer and erudite notary public, Barrister Olayinwola Afolabi has been speaking on government's stay at home order in many states and countries of the world, including Edo state and Nigeria.
Speaking in his brand new state of the art Chambers in Benin City, the Edo state capital, he said government can cultail the rights of citizens as regards freedom of movement in times of emergency such the one concerning the CORONAVIRUS pandemic, which is ravaging the world right now. It is for the citizens' own good and safety, he opined.
The exigency of the time calls for it and there's nothing unconstitutional about it. In his words, "the government is empowered by the constitution to withdraw the freedom of citizens when such a person or persons commits crime as in detention or imprisonment by courts' rulings". Courts being part of government, as it were.
Hear the notary public in his characteristic advocative manner,  speak in subsequent short videos that shall be posted when it's ready.
